Prime Minister Narendra Modi has said that a bill to repeal controversial agricultural laws will be introduced in the next winter session of Parliament. The Prime Minister said that farmers are the backbone of the country and sincere laws were brought to help them and everything done was for the good of the farmers. But the farmers could not understand it, he said.
